@AskAIB is there a problem with the app at the moment? Trying to put money on a revolut card and keep getting an error message

I asked this recently, and was asked to contact you privately, where I went through an unhelpful chat bot and then was told someone would be in contact with me but two days in a row received nothing and gave up

@AerLingus Why exactly? It seems like the kind of thing that can be answered outside of PM, but after doing it I chat to a useless chat bot that can't help, and eventually that chat bot tells me it transfers me to an agent, when I don't get an answer hours later its back to the bot

@MannaAero This might be a kind of unique case, but in this case I was ordering from Foo Lok, their curries are lovely, but the onions in it are so thick cut that I usually ask for no onions in the curry when I order through their app or on the phone, but no way of doing it on Manna

@SkyHelpTeam So on mobile I've tried it on Chrome, Firefox, Opera and edge, and on laptop I've tried it on Edge and Chrome, starting to think maybe something is wrong with the site, this is the page that ends up giving me the error

@nagginsnnotions She won a civil case, for a civil case the burden of proof is probabilities, ie can you convince them that your story is the one most likely to be true. For criminal conviction it's beyond reasonable doubt, a much higher burden of proof

@Postvox I've sent a registered letter to the US, would USPS be able to recognise the tracking number if the person I'm sending it to was having problems, or could I get a tracking number from you that they'd recognise?

@AmericanAir Having a problem with the MPC app, it keeps showing incorrect DOB and Passport expiry dates, we have to manually put the date as a day later for it to show correctly. Is this something you get asked about? We've decided to just not use it, but would have been useful

@VodafoneIreland I fugured it out, I just got an error message on the app, but when I did it on the desktop site, the message said that I can't change my plan to sim only before october 31st,
