At the same PCUSA presbytery meeting where I was removed from the rolls as a student of theology for endorsing substitutionary atonement, a girl was passed who described the trinity as an orgy.
This may sound nuts, but the PCUSA is LESS heretical today than 100 years ago. Back then, denial of the trinity/resurrection was common. Now it's rare.
Yes, it's gotten way more SOCIALLY progressive, but that's just cuz the culture has, and the liberal wing follows the culture

Literally every Reformer quoted Aristotle at length, Calvin speaks positively of him all over the Institutes. Aristotle was required reading at Princeton Seminary and Union Seminary. Cicero's Rhetoric was required reading for homiletics in R.L. Dabney and W.G.T. Shedd's classes.

No. There are two bad assumptions here.
1) The only "ministry" I have is the pastor of the church I have been called to serve. The word "ministry" implies some kind of parachurch requirements.
2) The folks in pews don't need my half-butt political philosophy, they need Jesus.
A "Reformed" ministry that is not regularly preaching against the bloated idolatry of the state, the self-deification of government programs, welfare, and redistribution of wealth -- the pagan shrine of our day -- that ministry is not Reformed in any meaningful sense of the word.
