If it came to that, yes, I'd prefer Biden to be CIC. He has years of knowledge and experience w/ the foreign landscape, and our allies' leaders trust him. Trump has shown that he's impulsive, leaps first without considering consequences, and has murky allegiances (i.e., Putin).
