One of the many things I will carry home at the end of my judicial clerkship is unwavering work ethic.
On overwhelmingly large number of occasions, I have seen my 64 year old boss take briefings till 11 p.m. and wake up the next morning at 5 a.m. to continue preparing for Court

When it is time for India to appoint its first openly queer judge, we may repent that we did not bestow this privilege upon us earlier, and deprived ourselves of celebrating all the colours of the rainbow. 🌈
The Court held that a substantive petition u/S. 47 and 49 of the 1996 Act would be governed by Article 137 of the Limitation Act, and the period of limitation for filing such a petition would be 3 years from the date when the right to apply accrues.
Further, enforcement court cannot reassess evidence.
Central Govt. had appealed against the arbitration award which allowed Vedanta & Videocon to recover $499 million, instead of $198 million capped by CG, for development of Ravva oil & gas fields off AP coast b/w 2000 & 2007.
