Tip for writing articles: When referring to a ruling in a judgment in your article, make the effort of reading the judgment and cite it, not an article on some blog where someone else has analysed it. This is as basic as it gets.

At par - is a term for financial transactions (shares issued at par)
On par - is a golfing term (number of strokes required ideally to complete a hole)
On a par - comparing similarly situate persons etc. (His writing ability is on a par with his professor)

I shudder when I see 1st and 2nd years analysing the Future Group-Amazon dispute or similar issues. Not that it’s not possible, but as a general rule at least complete studying the course in law school before writing analytical articles.
Point 1. Darwin had a theory of evolution. Point 2. Right to speech and expression is protected for Indian citizens. Surely in that expression it’s clear that Darwin was wrong - some apes evolved to humans, some just remained monkey brained.
Speaking to a screen rather than people in a class was rather odd, but I’m told it went off quite well. Very happy to have ‘spoken’ to so many people with such enthusiastic participation from them. Excellent initiative IIL Indore
