This is heartening (sic)! Seriously, if I am studying I put on a timer for every 40 mins, then I get up and move for 2 mins. It works well for me.

A study in Circulation, the American Heart Association journal reveals that replacing just five minutes of sitting with activities like biking or taking the stairs significantly reduced blood pressure.
