Hi, I’m from Finland! 🇫🇮 X is my window to the world; it’s great to learn about daily life and traditions in other countries. My dishes are mostly homemade of organic ingredients. We eat a lot of different fish, have a crayfish feast in August, love wild berries and mushrooms.

My daily routines are as bohemian as my dishes. I retired over a decade ago, so no ⏰! Our first meal is still called breakfast though. For hubby’s gluten-free breakfast: radishes, cucumbers, apple, watermelon, cheeses, grapes, cauliflower, bell pepper, tomatoes, red cabbage.
