Fluffy and Puffy.
1 cup flour 1 cup eggs 1 cup milk
pinch of salt - whisk well, strain and cook for 25-30m in a pre heated oily muffin tray in a very hot oven. 😊

She was a rescue hen from egg producers and she arrived to us 5 years ago. She was amazing.

In the UK, in the winter months a meat pie with gravy is enjoyed by millions. Its warming and nourishing.
We don't have a huge culinary heritage to boast about but a good shredded beef brisket pie with onion gravy is a beautiful thing.
