BREAKING: The Biden administration just announced an executive order that will severely restrict people's legal right to seek asylum, putting tens of thousands of lives at risk. This action takes the same approach as the Trump administration's asylum ban. We will be challenging.

A state representative just implied that new arrivals will cause another 9/11. This sort of rhetoric is xenophobic and dangerous. Everyone in this country except for the indigenous is an immigrant or the descendant of immigrants. Immigrants make our communities great.

Last year, @RepJoeNeguse and I urged @forestservice to complete an additional review of the risks the Uinta Railway could pose in CO by increasing oil trains along the CO River. I’m pleased USFS has moved to protect our water supplies and environment.
