Jeez I have such a love hate relationship with games. They are almost too fun and feel like a drug high when I hit them hard. This is why I truly believe so strongly that we need to marry games with exercise. This digital dopamine needs to be used for good.

In this study of a gym chain in Portugal, they found that only 0.9% - 1.6% of members visit the gym three times per week. The gym is failing 98% of its paying members. VR turns boring workouts into fun and addictive games. It's needed, badly.

Exercise is truly a miracle drug! It's so simple to get your dose too. You just have to do it 3+ times per week, consistently, for life. Unfortunately, simple does not mean easy. The ultimate goal of VR fitness? Make it easy.
