@TildaBasmati @Tesco @tesconews I'm not sure it's mould (although quite understand you'll know better than me), it looks like it has meat in it, like a stir-in or ready meal has been added to the wrong bag. Zoom in on pic and you'll see what I mean. Have emailed and await further from you. Thanks!

@Tesco @tesconews This was delivered yesterday in my Tesco shop. Opened it last night - one of 2. The other one is fine, but what on EARTH is this?! Tried to email you directly, but you don't have an email address (why wouldn't you have an email address??) Please reply.

@WendysUK132918 VERY disappointed. First Wendys ever. Didn't get all of my order (we collected rather than delivery, but didn't check the bag), & when I tried to call to request a refund, the advertised phone number takes me to an entirely different branch. Just Wow.

@SportsDirect_CS Your customer service is shockingly bad.Typing to ill-equipped bots,followed by ill-mannered (apparent) humans is not conducive to good customer relations.I simply want a refund for my order that your (rubbish) courier has confirmed to me as lost.Too much to ask?

@LQHomesMatter Is it too much to ask for less hold time on the phone, and more knowledgeable call centre people, who don't continually put you on hold?

@LQHomesMatter Is it usual for your contracted cleaning company to prop the lift doors open in your buildings, so they don't have to wait for the lift, preventing heavily pregnant people from using it from 9 floors up?

@LQHomesMatter Your customer service is utterly appalling. Your call centre people say repeatedly 'I want to assure you I'm doing my best to help you'. So far, on a call that's over 1 hour and still not got the telephone number I'm asking for. Shocking.
