Growing up in a military family, Iโve lived all across the country. My family moved every few years to wherever we were stationed. It made me adaptable to change, well-rounded & aware of all that USA has to offer. Missouri has many really ignorant, hateful, uncultured sad people.

As a rape survivor, I have a problem with the abuse I survived being labeled as โsexual.โ It was criminal violence. In addition to being drugged, hit in the head when I tried to escape & nearly strangled to deathโthe perpetrator clearly intended to cause harm & injury to my body.

The violent crime I survived happened on October 21, 2016. I was drugged, assaulted, kidnapped, raped & nearly strangled to death. I reported it to police within days. People have told me Iโve done more as a survivor demanding Justice than theyโve ever seen. So, whatโs the point?
