Double micro catheters to cross difficult CTO. Had to sacrifice the second diagonal with good residual collateral flow.
Mid LAD CTO with diagonal branch at proximal cap. #Antegrade wire escalation failed as wires were entering the branch, Dual Lumen catheter strategy failed. Next step? @DrBillLombardi @esbrilakis @LAzzaliniMD @KateKearney4 @ToufikHaddad4 @AravJhandMD
