@CraigBasman @ryankaple @PWengrofskyMD @TAVRBot Agree with the comments made. I usually switch from DOAC to warfarin and repeat a CT in 3 months. If there is still residual HALT at 3 months, would increase the INR goal to 2.5-3.5.
