When you don’t treat the electorate with civility and respect, when you lie to the electorate, when you defraud the electorate, when you allow children to languish on nonsensical waiting lists waiting for critical surgery, when you allow the sick to die on hospital trolleys in corridors, when you make +4000 children homeless, when you allow our most vulnerable to die alone & cold on the streets, when you fail to support our frontline vital services (nurses, doctors, Garda, ambulance crews, firefighters), when you squander our resources, then don’t be f’ing surprised that we’re telling you ‘ENOUGH’ in quite blunt terms. @ciarancannon @simoncoveney @LeoVaradkar @MichealMartinTD @DonnellyStephen @DarraghOBrienTD @EamonRyan @SimonHarrisTD #IrelandisBroken

Probably because they said that NATO wouldn’t advance eastward, but they have. The USA meddled in democracy and overthrew an elected government of a Sovereign Nation believing that they were entitled to in order to secure valuable natural resources while standing on the doorstep of Russia. Kiev then set about ethnically cleansing the Donbas safe in the knowledge that we wouldn’t intervene - they underestimated how that would be received in Moscow. And here we are. There’s a reason why the USA has never ratified the ICC.
