From what I understand the character Vivian in the original 2004 Japanese game was a cross-dressing male (in-game text describes Vivian as a boy), not a transgender. The 2004 American version altered this to make Vivian just a regular girl character. I don't know if the remake is

I don't think I've ever once attempted to use Stasis here. I've always just tried to cut down the tree at the right angle so it rests on the building without falling down. Very difficult and takes a ton of respawning at the nearest shrine but that's always what I've done.
