I am aware there is a car stuck in the pedestrian tunnel connecting the Botley Rd to Frideswide square. While the authorities working to free it I am worried about access for those with mobility issues. I’ve asked for more info and one of my team going to look now. More to follow

. Clearly signalling, lights all over the bike — you couldn’t miss him. Bike took the brunt of it fortunately. This is madness.
Just two days ago I watched a car suddenly mount the pavement and almost hit a cyclist to undertake the queue to The Plain. There are dozens of near misses on The Plain every day — I see and hear them happen from my flat. The road layout needs to change or more people will die.
