I just saw a video of what transpired during proceedings in Nnamdi Kanu's case. My heart bleeds for the judiciary. There is a need for serious & deep judicial reforms, down to the quality of legal practitioners & requirements to be called to the bar. The bar is dangerously low.

@_empighalo It was not funny. From 600k (self-con to 1m). Took severe pleadings for him to take 800k. I didn't know what caused it until much later, when the girl told me the parents saw me and concluded that I had arrived. It was Col. Dasuki's case.

@_empighalo That reminds me of an experience. I stood behind my boss for an interview after the court session in a top matter. Got notice of rent increment from my landlord a week later. I found out from his daughter that it happened because the man saw me on TV in a "big case".🤣🤣.

@ataweweattorney Did you factor in the principle that not every term in a contract is enforceable & binding? Like oppressive, unequitable, & aggressive clauses can be rendered impotent in a contract even if parties endorsed it. Without a court order, bank can't take a punitive step on an account.
