Hard to imagine that an entity would be allowed to “shield” documents from FL Sunshine Laws. You decide to do business in FL(having FSU and MIA as ACC members) then you agree to abide by the laws of the State.
This one is interesting. A while back, Florida State forced the NCAA to reveal investigative material using Florida’s open records laws.
Having dealt with those laws a lot, hard to imagine a Florida judge saying those deals shouldn’t be made available for public inspection.
