Really looking forward to this GMB review thing being reversed. I started the month at 248 total reviews. Just clocked in at 246! Yippee! Outside of downtown Naples, I've got the highest volume of reviews in town. And I can't keep up. What a joke

@theseoguy_ Cheers! I've been reworking our menu for the past few weeks, and aesthetic has been a large concern of mine-- in order to make the social push easier. Glad to know I'm on a good track.

@theseoguy_ Yeah, I'm a restaurant. We've been around 1.5 years, serve about 700 ppl/wk. I've got just over 1k numbers in my database, and I do a blast along those lines about once per month! I'm big on GBP, email, SMS, and new-mover mailers. Small on social. Not doing much else.

Been in the damn kitchen too much (gonna have to fast this weight off...) Today I made: - Lemon vinaigrette for spinach salad & for greek salad w/ chicken - Apple cinnamon stuffed french toast - Veggie omelet, veggie skillet - Meat skillet w/ sausage gravy I'm stuffed.

@LeadershipAcad1 This is pretty much exactly what we do, but it's the server or the manager nearing the end of the meal instead of a text after (since I don't have most people's numbers in the restaurant). Works like a charm. Got 6 reviews yesterday.

@IndustrialTexas Def right that I would never probably say this to one of my warehouse guys when we had that but I am def going to tell that person I don't have much of a career path for them but if they like the work I have I'll make it as easy as possible to work for me.

@doctor_of_clean Occam's razor strikes again! IMO, nothing's harsh so long as expectations are clearly communicated, understood, and enforced. If they understand the expectation but refuse to meet it, that's totally fine-- they just can't do it here.
