What happens in the House isn't entirely relevant here. This is a move for the courts to see, making it clear this mandate created by the executive branch is not endorsed by the legislative branch.
And the courts will be the ones who decide this.

If Dems in the House and Senate were making calls to Twitter, as they held the House and Senate, which can regulate social media, that is troubling, no?

Wait a minute! Ms. Bloom may have just solved the divisiveness of this debate!

We are not a direct democracy. Our founding fathers actively debated creating a direct democracy, but chose not to. They decided the rights of each state to have their say was more important than having a straight majority rule. But (I hope) you knew that …

If the Democrat congress demanded documents from the Trump administration, and they were told each individual document had been accidentally erased due to password issues, would that be totally cool with them and with their friends in the media, or nah?

I continue to be shocked, listening to the same people who have sold the same disastrous Middle East strategies over the past 40 years, today blaming Trump for what is happening in Gaza today.
It took an outsider in the Oval Office to figure this out, but it's actually simple.

As much as I think BDS is just wrong in every way, I think this is a great thing. Let's put this on the House floor. Let everyone have their say, then let's vote. Let's see just how many House members are really BDS supporters.
Why aren't they being transparent about the "broken water main" that stopped vote counting???

My theory: most people still don't understand that Trump isn't a Bush, a McCain or a Romney. Having the media completely against him doesn't give his opposition leverage. The game has completely changed.
I retweet Glenn Greenwald frequently. Even though we are generally on opposite sides of the aisle, we frequently agree on the corruption of Western media.
On Israel, we completely disagree. But for the sake of equal time, I share the take of this good man:
I just hope that the right-wing/GOP narrative recognizes the unstinting support Biden is giving to Israel and how central he is in enabling what Israel is doing. Claiming Biden & establishment Dems are "anti-Israel" is patently untrue: the opposite of reality.

'suitcases" were pulled out, opened and the counting of those ballots began. And they have to explain how suddenly counting ballots without the appropriate observers was suddenly made legal, a precedent that WILL be used in the future across ALL districts, I assume.

The big problem with this is that Mama Ruby has been filming herself live on Facebook doing illegal election fraud things. So no, they are spinning to save their asses.
