If you look closely at @SpaceX 's footage of SN8 just after MECO, you can see the 3 reaction control thrusters in the nosecone firing to keep the vehicle stable as it transitions into the belly flop maneuver. So cool!

I just came across the craziest piece of Space Shuttle footage I’ve ever seen. During the roll program on STS-114, this tracking footage clearly shows Commander Eileen Collins’ orange ACES suit through the window as they ascend toward orbit. 🤯

This camera was clamped 80 feet up to the MARS water tower looking down at Electron! It was placed before the rocket went vertical so it was mostly a guessing game on where exactly to point. Glad I guessed right!

Three years for three cores! The first Falcon Heavy launch will always be on my list as one of the greatest experiences of my life. I still can't believe it went on the first attempt. At the very end of the window, with the light absolutely perfect, Starman took to the skies.
