In September we lost a former athlete suddenly Jaden Matlock (class of 22) He was such a positive influence to so many. Jaden always way known for is upside down Nike headband and running a fast 400 and 4x400.

Mr. Mizener was an absolute treasure. The world lost a great one today.
No one was more supportive of DGS athletics than Mr. Jim Mizener. I cannot imagine a track meet without his voice calling the play by play of each race. He will be greatly missed and never forgotten. Rest in peace, friend.
