This is a taught and trained behavior and it is very much alive. I’m originally from MS and remember many comments said under people’s breath. The cycle can be broken but removing yourself from the environment and being humble is the best way I found. Luckily for me I had the

I want to put this out there. Depression and Anxiety are real. Especially for veterans.Last year 1.68 people per day committed suicide in the USAF alone. An average of 20 veterans commit suicide DAILY. Please if you need someone to talk to. Judgement free. I am always available

Suicide is such a hard thing that I’ve experienced throughout my career. Suicide is a sad personal choice, but a personal choice nonetheless. There shouldn’t be blame thrown around as that doesn’t help the situation. I’m ALWAYS here to talk to. Even if I don’t know you.

Because that is what can bring in money and sponsorships. Just look at all of the crowdfunding tourneys. The speedrunning community is too niche to attract enough people to make it sustainable. That’s what happens when you make up like .00001% of the gaming community.
