Lenglet’s having a great time at Atleti, his resale value will never be higher than this coming summer. A regular starter for Atletico Madrid — we cannot let him go for peanuts. 15-20m is the minimum, IMO.

The Omorodion deal is off, but Atleti signed Alvarez on the basis that they’d be getting him off the books. If Barça are smart, they’d put in a cheeky little bid. Samu’s one of my favourite young strikers out there, we desperately need the profile. He’s an absolute powerhouse.

At this point Chelsea can't help themselves but some of these players have to be like that's most likely not the best move for my career. But then 7 year high wages can be hard to turn down. It's almost a safety net for prospects that don't work

Their wages make them hard to sell. Most won't pay the ask I mean look at Lenglet i bet they will let him go for 1M if it means getting those wages off but 3 years and still no luck.
They should, but again, we’re horrible at selling. De Jong is on 30m+/year, it’s very likely that he’ll just run his contract down then either leave or renew. The rest definitely need to go. It’s not even that I dislike them, just as you say, they’re not essential — the money is. A half decent selling club would net 100m for those three, at least.
