This is cope. I worked outside in every heatwave for 8 years. Sometimes in a 4'x6' room, in the sun, with steaming concrete doing physical labour (~50c+). Never once got heatstroke.
Humans have sweat glands for this reason, drink some water and you'll be fine.

90% of people, or more, have parasites. Especially if you eat meat and/or fish. This is an extreme case.
They'll send signals to your brain to crave the foods they like. Sugar before bed is an example of a blood parasite.
Change what you eat and they will leave or die.
