The last time they said I broke the rules they came back and apologized when they realized I had not. I bet no live person even looks at these things.

Not only will they not give me an explanation, it is clear that they are not even bothering to look into it. It’s probably coming up as a ‘second violation’ on their end since they accidentally suspended me earlier this month and so they figure there’s no point looking further.
