@JumiaNigeria Where is customer satisfaction when u need it. Right now jumia is not an online store to recommend to anyone. It's all because of the poor customers services rendered by their finance team on refund issues.

@JumiaNigeria I would not say jumia intention is to Rob it's customers. I just think it's incompetence on the part of their finance team not to be able to complete a refund after 5months.

@JumiaNigeria The last time I participated in a treasure hunt, I hunted until my bat3 died. But that's not what pain me, d one paining me: the fact that jumia has been promising me Dat dey would contact their partners on completing my refund since October 2023 and till date I neva see money.
