I was just reminiscing about music I liked in the early 2000s & thought of Paulo Nutini. Apparently he did release more music in 2022. His voice is a good natural voice & I still like his music.

Just woken from sleep no 3 since 8am & the song thrush I heard y'day is going strong. It's put a much needed smile on my face.

Wondering what the bird was singing outside - a clear, beautiful little song. Merlin app tells me it's a song thrush. I can go back to sleep now, puzzled solved.

@barnaclebum6 I know! When did hoovering become a major thing?! I shall rest now for as long as it takes me to get over the exertion, which will probably be days xx

@barnaclebum6 Yes, hoovering is the hardest. I'm lucky my carer hoovers the rest of the house but as I'm always in bed when he comes, I end up doing my bedroom when I'm up to it. Which is rarely.

@SusanD1408 I hope the preventative helps. I haven't had any luck with them with my migraines. And I've just hoovered my bedroom for the 1st time in 8 weeks.... fingers crossed I'll not pay the price xx
