@CoachHPrice @ColtonWilson23 The switch from 32 to 36 minute games & quarters to halves (less wasteful end-of-quarter possessions), as well as an increase in max regular season games, has probably led to to more players reaching the mark each year.

@TYash42 Nevermind, it sounds like it’s a general sport rule and not football specific, which may be why I didn’t see it. So circling back to the original question: yes, it is disincentived and I feel better about the new format!

@TYash42 Is that a WIAA rule? I didn’t see anything about it in the proposal. Your Tier 1 score is Tier 1 points divided by games played though, so losing a game played is worse than not playing in that regard. I agree it is morally wrong to cancel that week 9 game, but you never know.

@Burrell_ALA Unless the 3 is head and shoulders above your T and C, why not run the one on the right? The Tackle can squeeze him off the Guard’s hip and give the Center time to reach the 3 while also having time to hinge back on the End if he runs heel line.
