We have a housing shortage. City owned land should be used for permanently affordable housing to stem displacement. That's how we keep Seattle from becoming a playground for the wealthy and instead build community wealth.
Nearly three full blocks of surplus city-owned land could and should be used for affordable housing.
Why no action?
