I think Kevin is not happy because Elon said "Informing people of a car that is great, but they cannot afford, doesn't really help". If Elon had said Tesla is going to spend more on advertising, Kevin would have been the happiest kid on the street.

Great reminders! I find a popular question is what is "resonable," and I like to think of it as if you would pay the same amount to an unrelated employee, then it can be considered "resonable."
