From what I heard, women's sports leagues in general are actually the result of men being emasculated by women. Men don't want to have to risk losing to them. Women's sport leagues often have different events that make it impossible for them to beat men's records.

I don't think they choose that term as a legal defense, I think they choose it because it implies a wide variety of negative things in a single word. It's a more malleable term for the narrative they're trying to push. The courts are stacked in their favor, defense doesn't matter

No they aren't. Weak regulations with tons of loop holes is what got us here. It's car manufacturers wanting to get around environmental regulations because there's exemptions for trucks. If you get rid of the exemptions you get rid of these massive tanks.
