Passenger shouts *vroom* sound out of the window as they overtake, forgetting that cycling is often faster than driving in rush hour traffic 😂😂 They never caught up again.

@jizz_turkey Thanks for your advice. I cycle a few thousand kms a year and haven't fallen off since I was a kid. The big risk to my safety is drivers of motorised vehicles.

@StripeyMiata @joedamaggio They are super. I have a pair for each bike. Stopping the wind from getting to your gloves makes a big difference

Your regular reminder that replacing a regular lane with a cycle lane does not reduce road capacity, it massively increases it, because single occupancy vehicles are the least space-efficient form of transport. You just can't take advantage of that capacity increase in your SUV.

@BrianShannon123 @BenGHealey The cycle to work scheme is so ridiculous. Richer people get cheaper bikes, insane.
