juibikil! It's a mixture of the words "naked" and "dog" in the draconic language x) According to Twitter, it's never been used, and probably never will, as it's a mix of both words together, "juivend'veh" and "bikil".

The issue was fixed. If your character is missing, restart your platform entirely, it'll come back. I had this issue a while back. Your character is never "deleted" (with the exception of the one genuine case).
These further reports are people faking for reddit upvotes 100%.

I just wish vault weapons had attachment progression and could have camos and charms placed on them. I don't get that sense of accomplishment with vault weapons that I do with the main weapons where I have to level them. Not a dealbreaker for me, but I just wish it were a thing.
