@stevoos_24 @_davidlimbrick I’m not interested in creepy, personal advances from anonymous trolls.

@PazzaDons2012 @AntonyGreenElec The Greens really struggled in Richmond at the recent council election.

@DannyB_4 @AntonyGreenElec Perhaps we’ll put you in charge for who can and can’t run for public office.

@supercujo @AntonyGreenElec Directing preferences via how-to-vote cards definitely influences how people vote. Don’t confuse your personal views or voting methods with how the vast majority of people vote.

@DannyB_4 @AntonyGreenElec Yeah, and then what happened? Please impart your expert knowledge of the Melbourne City Council’s voting system. Silly fool 😂

@Krispy_nachos @Lindae701 @KosSamaras Typically, by-election results are exaggerated and get larger swings against the incumbent party. Don’t expect that to be repeated in a general election in 2026.

@Maggie_Perry6 @AntonyGreenElec Do you think Labor will direct their preferences to the Greens before Kouta?

RT @AntonyGreenElec: Just a comment on the state seat of Prahran result. Most of Prahran will be in Adam Bandt's seat of Melbourne in 2025…

@VlXERVNT14AD8 @_davidlimbrick No I just think you're a pathetic coward if you say objectively unkind things anonymously. Why take criticism from someone you would not take advice from? Waste of time even reading it, too.

@sunniewithrain @_davidlimbrick I'm not suggesting that anonymity should be banned, or that there are not valid reasons. But platforms could easily provide people with the choice to not hear from real people.

@germNation1 @_davidlimbrick Ah, another anonymous coward I see. You clearly have nothing interesting to say and nothing of value to contribute.

@germNation1 @_davidlimbrick In addition to reducing the size and power of government generally? Here's some ideas for reform: more frequent elections, public primaries, optional preferential voting, term limits, citizen initiated referenda, recall elections, multi-member electorates, ban early voting, etc.

The age of eligibility for the pension should be increased to Australia's average life expectancy, as it was in 1910 when national pensions started. Otherwise it's just a Ponzi scheme relying on young people to pay ever-increasing tax (more tax than the retirees ever paid).
We should talk about welfare payments a lot more than we do. It’s easily the fed govt’s biggest spend at $150b pa. We rightly talk about JobSeeker but it’s a small payment. Not enough consideration of the other $135b. Family payments, disability, age pension.
