Lost my little dog back in Feb. The circumstances we lost him.Made it even harder 😢.He was my shadow, followed me everywhere. I’ve never loved a dog so much !.Finally got a little tattoo for him today with the words of one of my favourite George Michael songs. Miss you boy ❤️

I made a lot of mistakes as a manager but one thing I learned to do was when a players form dropped I always tried to have a conversation and ask them was everything alright. I was amazed how many times something wasn’t right!.It would then make sense why they we’re struggling 🤷.

Referees should never be told if there is an assessor at the game. It negatively effects their performance and results in yellow cards that would never normally be given. Only winner is the league/FA .💵 💵💵💵.

The step 4 & 5 play off system needs to looked at. Why should a team who’s finished 2nd at step 5 on 70/80 points have to play a team from the league above who have finished 3/4th from bottom on 35/40 points. On most occasions the team from the higher league stay up. 🤷🤷.

Nothing worse than seeing one of your boys pick up a bad injury. Last night Dave Taylor suffered a broken knee cap. He’s just returned after 9 months out and is now facing another spell out. You won’t meet a better lad and he’s been magnificent in both games. Gutted for him 😪😪.

In football we are all very quick to slag referees off but today’s ref ( Steve Swan) was the best I’ve seen for years. The way he spoke to players and staff was top drawer and I don’t remember him getting anything wrong. Proper old school ref 👏👏👏.
