1.1 Their snacks/lunches are ALWAYS healthy and low cal. I rarely any of them eat processed/junk food - salads are the norm, with yoghurt and fruit if they want something sweet. The only exception to this is those low-cal lentil crisps, very occasionally.

3.1 They don't stop moving. Eating? standing. Talking? pacing. Walking? Fast. Sitting? Bouncing their leg or tapping their feet. And they are very active people anyway, but this extra movement can shave those last few calories off, and take you one BMI point closer to your goal.

4.1. They don't go out solely to eat food/have dinner or lunch. They can meet out in our local city centre, go shopping or walking etc, without getting snacks or lunch. If they're not hungry, they just won't eat.

2. They NEVER buy food from the school canteen. They always bring meals from home, and genuinely seem satisfied with small portions of food I, before I developed my ed, would have considered 'boring' or 'bland.' They wouldn't be caught dead eating the greasy junk from school.

1.2. In contrast to this, my 'bigger' friends will snack at break, or between lessons, on unhealthy food - crisps, pizza slices, chocolate etc. While these foods may seem small, or just like a little snack - this can increase cals from, say, 1k cals, to 2k.

5.1 No outfits are worn b4 asking the opinions of others, with my skinny friends. Ofc, we wear uniform every day, but, when going to social events, fit checks are common. it's a good way to keep on track, and to have actual, tangible evidence of weight loss, or gain.

3.2 My bigger friends don't move. At lunch, they sit down and chat, while my skinnier friends will stand and/or walk laps of the school, talking. Exercise is just built into my skinny friend's routine, while it is an actual, conscious decision for my big/avg friends to work out.
