tenacity honestly isnt the issue i think if you get cc'd while going for an assassination on a carry you should die but the issue is you could go for an almost flawless assassination right now on any target and unless your absurdly fed no ad assassin is going to actually kill

Yasuos kit is more restrictive his passive shield plays itself doesnt let you have any expression with it (yone can choose when he wants his shield = more expression) their Q's are the same but both yasuos E and ult are point click and 1 dimensional, yones E and R have more use
