My son is 5 and has a rare genetic condition called burnside butler syndrome. He attends a special school. yesterday he had a music lesson in school, his teacher told me that he was chanting ‘ooh Jamie vardy’ when asked what songs he knows. 😮💨🥹🥹🥰 I laughed, then cried 🥰🦊

Can’t remember being more proud of the city of Leicester. The way the entire place rushed to the defence of a cob has been nothing short of superb. Saw someone hounded for using the word ‘caramelise’ - not in our gaff, duck! Go back to London for that nonsense.

. My son is disabled and they could not of been more accommodating for him. Gave us priority entrance in the queue, away from the crowd and in the dry. Top work 💙🦊👏

When you have a child with additional needs it’s always the littlest things that make you tearful (with joy). This week my son has gone to bed in his own bed. Hes never done this. He’s 4. He’s never slept through the night and still doesn’t but we’ll get there.

To get mental health support you have to be either needing hospital admission or have a simple mental health issue that can be treated quickly in 6-8 weeks, if you fall in middle - the ''too complex for therapy but not severe enough for inpatient'' group - you get f all help
