This is not a retirement post, but a post stating that I am no longer managing teams unless it’s paid which I don’t expect. I have started working for the police, which means my limited free time is really precious, so unless it’s extra💰count me out. ✌🏻❤️.

Just to clarify to everyone, I have 0 control when it comes to paying players & staff. All payment comes from the owners above me, the best I can do is to reach out to owners to get a response but even I get ghosted.
01 esports will not pay me the money it owes me, and refuses to pay numerous other coaches/players who have worked for them in the past:.

Agreed Budget, Plan & Dates with @TheUltimatesgg for them to just go ghost, and go with the Assistant I was working with behind my back. The fact they went with the Assistant is not my issue, but the fact they made me think I was part of it all along and then get done dirty, GG.

A lot of players don’t realise how much Managers & Coaches check ladder to see who’s been grinding and doing well. Moral of the story is, grind ranked and get good rank 🤡 So many times I’ve scouted ladder, then found you’re discord or twitter. (1 of my players on @PRYZM_FC 🤫.

I don’t wanna see anyone putting T2 or T3 in their posts anymore. It doesn’t exist. Also putting “LFT T3” just limits yourself + it just has no meaning.
Tier 1 is LAN appearance. Tier 2 is Top 8 Regional. Tier 3 is Top Cut. Tier 4/5 anything below.

Gone the days where you actually had to grind as a manager to get/build a better team, whereas now, any manager can get on/build any team which has officially made it boring for me. Wont be managing teams anymore, need to find an alternative role within the scene.

Imo, the value of being a T2 staff member has completely gone. It doesn’t feel rewarding simply because of how easy it is to get there now. Couple years ago it was way harder and when I was in T3 it felt impossible to get there, now it’s like anyone can just jump on a T2 team.
