The huge difference in Denmark is they trust their government and fund their councils.
Our government in Scotland increases tax and our public spending goes down. Makes a large difference.

The difference is the tax payer probably shouldn’t be paying almost £9million for private phones for prisoners. Our roads are screwed and apparently council tax is going up by 20% + , so really this doesn’t sound good.

If you put bacon on the bird and cook it on Xmas eve - and wrap it In foil overnight it should be lovely. Even more so if you have stuffed it. We usually have rested / cool on Xmas day anyway so works well and leaves more room for ROAST POTATOES!!!
