There are literally millions of Congolese of are Kinyarwanda-speaking and of Tutsi ethnicity. Their ancestors didn’t ask Belgian Leopold to colonize them & make them part of Congo, so they had no choice but to become Congolese - just like cross-border communities all over Africa

Kofi Anan was in charge of UN peacekeepers during Srebrenica genocide. He did nothing to prevent or stop it. Official response from Anan's office on 11th July was that UN doesn't work on weekends. He deserves zero praise from where I'm sitting.
