Serious social & political scientists should research this. Why do Rwandans living outside Rwanda, whose government is supposed to be a “terrible dictatorship”, go to vote in large numbers, in elections that are easily dismissed by “experts”? This is at the embassy in Kampala.

It has become rather fashionable to diss Bobi Wine. Despite all the disadvantages of his childhood, he got a decent formal education. He then went on to build a successful musical career, pulling himself up by his own bootstraps. He established a stable family by the looks of it.
