@championswimmer @ActusDei One thing I can imagine is that a CBDC allows a wider range of players to offer “account” style offerings, but without requiring to jump through as many hoops as acquiring a banking / PPI license. But this requires the RBI’s blessings, which are hard to come by.

@iam_anandv @deepakshenoy The input credit is great, the normal cashflow management (pay GST before you get money) can be priced in / managed, but this distribution of tax enforcement blows.

@shobhitic @_swanand @indradhanush92 Not regular. This has happened more than once, but this one case was particularly severe. So we don’t withhold GST as a practice, but understand why someone might.

@shobhitic @indradhanush92 So in a 0.5 “profit”, we were out of cash by 1.8 for a few months till the vendor sorted their mess out. So I get why clients do this. CBDT has basically their collections / recovery to business.

@kumarsamit @bgmahesh @ActusDei @sashindnj I think my bigger worry is the insurer misidentifying a mobile top up recharge as a cigarette purchase and denying a poor labourer the benefit of insurance, with no transparency or recourse, because he does not have the ability to push back.

@bgmahesh @kumarsamit @ActusDei @sashindnj So to be clear, the AA entity cannot view the cigarette purchase, but the insurer using the AA can?
