@MikeB237 @CricketRef @ksnaruka99 I might be biased being Durham but I genuinely believe Carse is good enough to be a 7 in all formats. If I’m being completely honest I thought his batting was better than his bowling for Durham.

1200 pints a week? Sounds like a challenge to me
The UK could lose up to 9000 pubs. From April, pubs with a rateable value of £100,000, will see business rates jump by £19,000 per year. They will need to sell an additional: 60,000 pints a year. Thats 1200 pints a week. Thats 170 extra pints a day. Thats before rising energy bills, wages and other costs.

Fair this
I have a season ticket and attend as many games as I can but I secretly enjoy it more when my football team go through poor patches of form. I love moaning & arguing about the club. When we are winning games there's simply not as much to talk about.

@ManchesterOGs @WG_RumblePants Big overseas names were promised from the start, instead last year we had ‘big’ English names binning it off for a t10 tournament in Scotland that didn’t end up going ahead anyway. There’s a hell of a lot of ifs involved without much substance needed for this to be a success.

@AdrianWaddelove @Yas_Wisden They wouldn’t want to take the risk of a ‘small’ side getting to the final as a home side and losing a bucketload of cash from tickets. Also they would hate the idea that Durham might get to host it.

@adamrowecomedy He’s tripped him that’s it. You can slow anything down within the inch of its life and it can look miles worse than it was. At full pace it is clearly just a cynical trip that happens often.
