ideally you're media buying off a more "macro" view you can have success media buying at the ad level but it's tough to scale ideally you're looking at the campaign level and then been more ideal you're looking at the channel level use new creatives for low % creatives + monitor front end relevance metrics (CTR/View Rate) + Cost Per New Visitors / New Visit % to make sure you're starting new customer journeys

depends on the brand media mix and spend if you’re over 80-90% of spend on FB and you don’t care about creating a primary channel on Google then yeah do what you say and run it up knowing it’s not contributing any growth But if you’re trying to create another acquisition channel that doesn’t rely on FB TOF spend then PMAX shouldn’t be a primary campaign
