We are so lucky. On the night before we fly back to England, tonight we saw the aurora- for the first time here - in Grimseid south of Bergen! Straight from our front door and higher up on the patio. City light may have diminished the show but we could see it with the naked eye.

Today I am 60 ! How did that happen ? It would have been my 20th wedding anniversary too a day filled with a mixture of happiness, deep sadness but an overwhelming feeling of love and this year is no different celebrating with a cuddle from Gert 💜🐾💜

Thank you @MarkIMardell for this interview with me others in your series My point was, will the new EOLC Commission recommend more money for specialist palliative care to do 'more of the same' - or really seek to widen coverage and more equitable outreach?
As MP’s laud palliative care top prof @Samhja tells @prospect he ‘despairs’ that @RachaelMaskell committee will end up pressuring the govt into giving more cash when it is ‘resistant to change’ and needs a radical shake up. Heritic or prophet ?
