This is an amazing recognition for the field of post-transcriptional regulation!! Super happy! š
BREAKING NEWS The 2024 #NobelPrize in Physiology or Medicine has been awarded to Victor Ambros and Gary Ruvkun for the discovery of microRNA and its role in post-transcriptional gene regulation.

ZFP318 facilitates potent recall responses of memory B cells. But, is ZFP318 a transcription factor or an RNA-binding protein? Read the preview that @LintermanLab and I wrote on the nice work from @Qi_Tsinghua recently published in @ImmunityCP

Having a fantastic time at the #ENII Summer School on Advanced Immunology! It has been an absolute pleasure to return here, 9 years later, as a speaker and bring a new topic to the school: Post-transcriptional regulation in T and B cells! Beautiful location, vibrant discussions!

A great opportunity to contribute to exciting science in a fun group and highly recommended Institute!
To all #RNA aficionados, please help me spread the word about this exciting postdoc position in my lab to study how RNA granule formation helps B-cells recombine their antibody genes!

I could not be happier to share this resource with you! We have characterized splenic B cell maturation by integrating #proteomics with short-read #Illumina and long-read #nanopore sequencing. To all #Bcells aficionados and beyond: enjoy!! So much still to be discovered š
š¢š¢ paper alert. B cell #proteomes from splenic populations. Great work from @MartT_babraham @SalernoFiamma mapping environmental sensors and translation initiation factors defining cellular functions Data is available on ImmPRes of course! #proteomics

exciting!
the Usp30 dataset marks a paradigm shift for @ImmPRes_ mirroring the state of the #proteomics field. It is the first DIA dataset we've added and it wont be the last. Most new datasets will be DIA and not DDA. Lots of exciting data still to come, including the first #Bcell dataset
