A lorry having trouble passing a cyclist riding in secondary position (over 0.5m from kerb) so they pulled over to let it pass. There wasn't a 'long queue' and a cyclist isn't a 'slow-moving vehicle'. This is just courtesy and should not be demanded by impatient motorists.
